Granger participated briefly in football and played golf three years at Lake Mills but basketball was his focus. Granger is Lake Mills’ all-time leading scorer in career points (1458), single season (627) and points in a game (43). Granger’s 27.3 points per game average and shooting percentage led the state of Iowa this season. Granger was first team unanimous pick his junior and senior season and was selected conference player of the year, Globe Gazette player of the year and Albert Lea Tribune player of the year. Granger received all state recognition both his junior (first and third team) and senior year (second and first team) for the IA Newspaper Association as well as Des Moines Register Newspaper. Granger is 8th all-time in the nation for 3 pointers made with over a 50% shooting percentage. 

Granger is undecided as to the route he will go; either teaching or business but his dream is to become a college athletic director.

Granger participated in B.E.S.T. camps for six years while a student at Lake Mills. Granger assisted BJ Mulder with the camp last summer that was held in Lake Mills.
